How could I make an order for Mairdi products?

Why was the deducted amount more than the agreed order amount?

Possible reasons for the exceeded amount are:
1. Exchange rate has changed.
2. Commission fee is taken by your bank or card company.
3. Your bank converts the currency for you to proceed with the payment. For instance, your card only supports USD transactions while the order should be paid in RUB. As a result, extra funds may be required for the conversion.

Shipping generally takes 7-10 business days for different countries and regions. For orders with a shipping address in the US, UK, CA, or DE, you will enjoy 2-3 day delivery. What is your return policy?

Mairdi offers a 45 days return guarantee for all orders placed on our website. Which you must return it to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact.

Mairdi does not refund purchases from other retailers.

Which items couldn't be returned or refunded?

We gladly accept returns within 45 days timeframe since their delivery date. For the items that couldn't be returned, please check below:

1) Items over our 45-days limit

2) Used, worn, soiled, or altered items

3) It does not cover loss or theft

Should I pay the shipping fee if I return the items?

When your refund is complete, we'll email you right away and let you know. Original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. so the return shipping fee would be made at your own cost. Mairdi does not refund duties or taxes.

Best Headset, perfectly!!!

I love this headset for work and personal calls. It allows me to walk around my home with clear reception.

Everything is great, except the sound quality....

Everything is great, except the sound quality.... The sound quality is not that bad for phone calls, but it could have been better....Compatible:--> I used this headphone with cisco desktop phone, google meet, zoom. No issues at all. Sound quality: this is not for music, it's for phone calls. The person's voice sometimes "cracks" a bit in this headphone, and is slightly muffled. I'm reducing 1 star due to this lack of better sounds quality. It's not bad, but not up to my picky standard. I did not notice sound leaks.Microphone: picks up my voice very well. And the mic can work for both left or right position.FIT: For average head size. Not for bigger heads. I wear size L in woman hats, and this fit me perfect.Comfort: VERY comfortable. VERY light! The faux leather ear piece is super soft!! I wore this all day in my 8hr shift, and not a single headache. It's NOT tight fitted, and does not press too much around my head/ears.Battery: lasted the full 8 hr work shift with me.

This headset feels more premium than its predecessor and it comes with welcomed upgrades including USB-C ports and a dedicated mic mute button right on the mic. The end call button is also larger and easily accessible. The headset looks good on and it is lightweight but like it’s old friend, I do find that the small ear pads sit right on top of my eyeglass arms. At first it’s not a bother but it begins to feel sore over time. In terms of sound quality, this headset is terrific for telephone calls and meetings as it was intended, but it isn’t great for gaming or streaming because the mic can sound muffled at times and music sounds flat. I’ve had great feedback for telephone calls but video playback after streaming reveals a scratchy mic. I like the dedicated mute button but I hate the beeping that plays when I’m on mute. It really does sound like you’ve been put on hold in a telephone call. If you don’t intend to use it for anything more than meetings and telephone calls then you are golden. I wouldn’t recommend this one for media consumption as there are much better alternatives on the market. One last thing that somewhat peeves me is that the power has to be manually turned on. After turning it on it auto-connects to your device but you have to remember to switch it off.

Fit well and easy to connect to

These headphones fit well, have soft padding around the ears and are easily connected to by any device with Bluetooth. I use them for listening to my videos and calls on Teams and they work great. Sound quality is clear and they have good range as I’m able to walk downstairs with them on and stay connected. They aren’t the sturdiest set out there but work well and suit my immediate needs.
