WARRANTY POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Mairdi limited warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use, for a period of up to 2 years from your original purchase date. We reserve the right to troubleshoot and diagnose any defects before approving a replacement. In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective headphones to our designated facility in order to assess your claim, for which the customer will bear the cost of shipping. Mairdi shall bear the cost of shipping any replacement item back to you.
How to Request a Warranty?

How long is the warranty?
Mairdi offers a two-year warranty on all headphones in most countries. China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan offer a one-year warranty. Your warranty begins with your purchase date. Should you need to file a claim and receive a replacement unit, the warranty will continue from your original purchase date.
What’s covered under warranty?
Your warranty covers manufacturer defects. It does not cover normal wear and tears to the outer surfaces of the product, abuse, misuse, loss, or theft.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
To submit a warranty claim, please fill out this form with the following information:
- Full Name
- Email used to place the order
- Your order ID and the product name(you can find this in your confirmation email) of the items, you would like to warranty.
- Description of defects experienced
What if my product was a gift?
If you received the product as a gift you can still request for the two-year warranty by using the date you received the product as the purchase date. My replacement headphones broke.
Can I upgrade my headphones when I file a warranty claim?
A warranty claim can only provide you with a replacement of the headphones you already have.
