Very light weight and comfortable. The audio quality is great and callers can hear me clearly. I would for sure purchase it again or recommend to a co worker or friend.

I recently got my hands on a new Bluetooth headset designed for heavy-duty usage like office calls and online conferences. The key highlight of this headset is its ability to connect wirelessly with your PC or laptop. All you need to do is simply plug the charge base into your computer and it does the rest for you! It saves you the hassle of pairing or needing to get a separate Bluetooth adapter, especially if your PC doesn't already have Bluetooth.When I first put on this headset, I appreciated how comfortable it felt. It has a headband with padding and the earmuffs have a sort of skin-like material that feels quite nice against the skin. I also found out that the mic can swivel a full 330 degrees. This means you can use the microphone on your right or left side, which is fairly standard.This headset shines in its ability to manage multiple connections at once. With a function called "multipoint pairing," you can have the headset connected to both your computer and your smartphone simultaneously. Imagine the convenience of toggling between a video conference on your PC and a quick call on your mobile without having to switch headsets. Additionally, it is designed for applications like Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business, making it an excellent pick for those of us who work from home or in call centers.One of the things that stood out to me about this headset was its battery life. On a full charge, which takes around two hours, you get a staggering 40 hours of talk time and about 400 hours of standby time. That means you don't need to worry about losing connection in the middle of a critical business meeting. Charging the headset was pretty straightforward too. Just place it on the charging stand or use the USB cable provided.While there were a lot of things I liked about this headset, I must point out that it doesn't have active noise cancellation. It does try to filter out some background noise but it's not perfect. If you're working in a quiet environment, it does the job well enough, but if there's a lot going on in the background, the other party might hear some of it. However, the overall call quality is still quite clear, so you can carry on a conversation without major issues.All things considered, this Bluetooth headset is a solid choice for those who need a dependable, comfortable, and long-lasting device for voice communication. I love this product but when you have long teams meeting, and you are not talking, and you put yourself on mute it is the worst thing to hear this beep every 10 seconds omg why why why it is for this reason that i will be returning mine.

This Bluetooth headset is quite small and feels fragile. The adjustable band was extremely stiff and moving it made me feel like I was going to break it. The earpads are also tiny and won't cover your ear, leading to plenty of outside noise leaking in. This seems like a poor design idea if it's meant to be used in high noise level environments like call centers. Having a smaller amount of weight on your head is certainly a positive if you need to wear the headset all day, though.The Bluetooth connection works well either directly connecting it to any Bluetooth enabled devices or using the included charger/adapter to connect it. Connection range on it is good, I walked a good distance away from my desk and it stayed connected. The battery life on this headset is impressive,The sound quality and microphone on this headset are both adequate, but could be much better. If your job requires being able to hear and be heard clearly, you could do far worse than this headset. But there could be better options available to you. I would give the headset a 3.5/5 if possible.
